Super Easy Tofu Spinach Dip (Vegan/Gluten free)


1 pkg soft tofu or silken tofu
1 clove garlic
Juice of half a large lemon
Half a ripe avocado
Handful chopped spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt to taste

Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth.  I usually use the smoothie setting to do this.  Refrigerate and enjoy when ready!
